<h1>Terms and Conditions</h1>

Please remember that you are choosing from pre-selected designs. You are choosing how many favors per bouquet and whether that favor will be sent to empty (where you provide your own candy and fill at home) OR sent to you pre-filled (with one of our candy selections for an additional charge). Favors and Stands require quick and easy assembly. We make and ship the favors, stands and parts to order. Our favors and centerpieces are handmade and by nature vary in color and dye-lot. Colors on the website and design tool are an approximation only and we cannot guarantee colors. Sizes, Quantity, Candy, Imprinting and Shipping are additional and vary in price per order. We require 2 weeks lead-time. Orders placed with less time can be rejected or will incur a "rush" fee on top of traditional shipping and handling fees. There is a minimum order requirement of 3 centerpieces because our product is handcrafted in small batches. We cannot guarantee delivery date. Your order will be made in accordance to when order was placed. Delivery dates are an estimate only and will vary based on production, local, size of order and placement date. You must make sure to take care when placing your order and check order form accordingly because each favor is handmade.

All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Each order is specifically made for you from scratch. Each batch of colors is unique and custom to your party. And cannot be returned. Upon delivery the customer is required to inspect everything and notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there is anything that is damaged or wrong. If anything is damaged or broken, the company may either replace damaged part or refund the customer for the amount of damaged part. We are not responsible if the customer waits more than 48 hours. We aim to get your product to you well ahead of your event. To prevent any mishaps follow these guidelines: Open boxes and set up your bouquets and count all the parts. Notify us within 48 hours if there are any discrepancies. We are not responsible for boxes that are lost or stolen after being delivered by the shipping company such as UPS, if they have documentation showing that it was delivered.

Additional orders and add-ons are subject to availability and will incur additional fees. We cannot guarantee the same colors/dye-lots for add-ons as used for the original order.
